Our 6day safari is an adventure packed safari highlighting the gentile giants that call Bwindi impenetrable forest national park home sheltering at least 60% of the silverback total population. Enjoy the road trip from Kampala to western Uganda and exploring the culture of the welcoming natives and game drives through the warm savannah and rolling hills, remember to capture the sunset and every fun moment through your lens. Note For any tracking activities make sure to wear hiking boots, dress in long trousers and shirts, carry insect repellents also use hats and sun screen if necessary. Thank you for booking your getaway with us. Our driver shall pick you up from Entebbe International Airport and take you to your preferred booked accommodation, where you shall rest to start your safari the next day.

For your gorilla trekking safari, our tour guide and driver shall pick you up from the accommodation and transfer you from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its abundant biodiversity and one of the last places to see the silverback gorilla. Enroute, you shall take lunch at the famous Equator restaurant and dinner at the lodge, where you are advised on an early rest.

You shall be greeted with an early morning breakfast, after which pack on what is recommended for the hike like dull-colored, long loose-fitting outfit. Carry a lightweight rain cover, a water bottle, and other important personal items. During the trek, groups larger than 7 shall be separated to trek different gorilla families separately. A guide and ranger shall be with you throughout this trek, so take as many pictures of this memorable encounter with silverbacks and other wildlife sighted on the forest trail. Return to the lodge and enjoy a delicious dinner as you watch the sunset over the misty Bwindi Forest.

In the morning of your 4th day on safari, the driver will transfer you to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On arrival, have lunch and continue to explore the Bigodi African Wetlands.

Take a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel, and capture the Ishasha sector through your camera lens.

On the final day, enjoy a morning game drive before transferring back to Kampala.
