The time it takes to issue a pass to Uganda depends on the kind of pass you applied for. But this also depends on your preparation and speed of sending additional documents requested during the approval process.
In most common circumstances you will need to scanned copies of your passport data page, passport picture, and yellow fever vaccination and round ticket, detailed itinerary and invitation letter. Note that the issuing authority reserves the right to request more documents during the approval process”.
